Ferryman House Prague | CZ

Couple of buildings are situated close to the river port. Thay are fronting to the river and to the city of Prague. They are like couple of guardians.
Each building has its own function. The club, kiosk and public WC is placed in the south building. There is a big terrace in front. The north building is the ferryman house.
There is public place between these houses. Whole area is conected to the river port by steps.
The main volumes of buildongs are designed in the first floor. The reason is protection against 100 years flooding. The lower part is designed to be overflowed by 100 years flooding with minimum damage.
